About the Role
We’re looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst to join our team and lead the operationalization of pricing strategy for our new Asset Management product. This role will sit at the heart of our Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams—translating strategic pricing decisions into systems, tools, and guidance that enable Sales to sell with clarity and confidence.
You’ll bring hands-on experience launching pricing for new B2B SaaS or tech products, and you’ll help us ensure our pricing is competitive, simple, scalable, and aligned with our monetization goals.
What You’ll Do
Pricing Design & Modeling
- Collaborate with Product and Finance to evaluate market benchmarks and develop pricing models.
- Assess and advise on tiering, bundling, usage-based vs. flat pricing, and discount strategy.
- Recommend pricing structures that balance customer value, margin health, and sales simplicity.
Pricing Configuration & Implementation
- Work with RevOps to configure and operationalize pricing in systems (e.g., DealHub CPQ).
- Build and maintain SKU structures, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash enablement.
- Ensure operational readiness across tools, documentation, and internal alignment for launch.
Sales Enablement & GTM Readiness
- Create pricing calculators, one-pagers, training materials, and FAQs.
- Translate pricing strategy into seller-friendly narratives and visuals.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure reps are confident and equipped to position pricing.
Post-Launch Monitoring & Optimization
- Track pricing performance (e.g., discount trends, win/loss insights, sales feedback).
- Make data-driven recommendations to refine and simplify pricing over time.
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment on revenue recognition and reporting needs.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in Pricing Operations or a blend of pricing, RevOps, and Sales Operations in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven success in launching and operationalizing pricing for new product offerings.
- Deep familiarity with CPQ tools (DealHub is a bonus) and quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong understanding of discount structures, seller behavior, and deal desk workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and GTM teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex pricing for Sales and customer-facing teams.
- Comfortable working independently with a bias for clarity, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in Asset Management, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS domains
- Familiarity with billing platforms, subscription management tools, and financial modeling
- Prior consulting or internal roles building pricing operations from the ground up
