About the Role  

 Are you an ambitious Account Executive or Senior Account Executive looking for an impactful 12-month fixed-term contract? We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to a significant, high-value medical communications account focused on a complex and challenging therapeutic area.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting a full-service medical education and communications programme for a key client in a significant therapeutic area. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects, including:

  • Digital initiatives: Websites, e-learning modules, interactive tools
  • Social media strategies: Content development and community engagement
  • Scientific events: Advisory boards, symposia, congress activities
  • Content development: Manuscripts, slide decks, educational materials
  • And much more!

Key responsibilities will include client liaison, project coordination, budget tracking, timeline management, and supporting the wider account team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

This 12-month FTC offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile account, contribute to meaningful healthcare initiatives, and develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative creative agency environment. You'll be part of a passionate team committed to excellence and innovation. 

 

What You’ll Need

 We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
  • A solid understanding of the medical communications landscape and agency processes.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media strategies within a healthcare context is a strong advantage.
  • A passion for science and making a tangible difference in patient care.
