About the Opportunity
As a Security Engineer, you will put in your utmost efforts to secure the OKX platform with millions of daily active users. You will work cross-functionally with design, product, and other engineering teams to identify and assess security risks, design and develop advanced security protective mechanisms and products or deliver high-quality thorough security operations and reinforcements. This is an opportunity to learn the full security life cycle of crypto and Web3 platforms and work along with a top-class security team fighting against worldwide security threats.
What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems for the client security team.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining big data analytics systems for the maintenance security team.
What We Look For In You
-
At least 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.

Backend development experience, with proficiency in one or more mainstream backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Go).

Extensive experience in designing and developing high-performance, highly concurrent systems.

Strong system design skills, with the ability to independently complete system architecture design and optimization.
- Extensive experience or knowledge in security or risk control fields.

Excellent teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in solving complex problems.

Fluency in both Mandarin and English required.
Nice to Haves

Experience in client SDK development.

Experience in client security backend development, such as device fingerprinting or signature protection.

Strong data analysis skills.

OKX Statement
The salary range for this position is $190,814 to $273,923. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
