About the role:
Working in true collaboration with our client we have one goal in mind: ‘to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective Needs based content and digital media campaigns’.
The Ho Chi Minh office is working cross category, spanning Foods, Refreshment, Home Care and Beauty / Personal Care. We are working on some of the best-loved brands, as well as a premium portfolio and exciting new brand launches.
These brands are at the forefront of contemporary thinking, utilising in-depth insight for digital strategy and content advertising. They are also dedicated to sustainability and foregrounding a brand purpose, which means the work we do with them requires working creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale.
You are right for the role if you're a highly motivated individual and will have proven track record in dealing with a range of clients, production streams and talent. The role requires a deep understanding across print, digital and moving image and the ability to work across multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment. A professional attitude, creative flair and an unwavering commitment to quality are highly desirable. We require someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table in a rapidly evolving multi-studio set-up.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in Content Optimisation and Global Adaptation. Client-side production experience and familiarity with Transcreation methodology and process will be looked upon favourably.

What you will be doing:
- Managing digital advertising projects from initial brief to final delivery. Stages include creative development, design and production across a range of deliverables from standard and rich media banners across, desktop, mobile and tablet devices as well as email marketing and landing pages.
- Liaising with client-side production personnel and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of assets, production masters and project files.
- Ensuring QC and tech process is followed upon receipt and supplied to necessary global production teams.
- Ensuring all necessary campaign documents and fact sheets are supplied and talent and music usage logged correctly via internal systems.
- Providing production expertise and continually drive production best practice.
- Interpreting client specifications and deliverables into solid briefs and produce detailed quotes and tenders.
- Taking client briefs and liaising with production hubs to produce content on time and in budget.
- Liaise with and coordinate multiple third party suppliers.
- Be the first port of call for production expertise with both client and account teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of our client’s businesses and their communication objectives.
- Work closely with teams to push production boundaries, enhance our reputation and contribute to the development of long lasting client relationships.
- Attend weekly progress meetings and briefings where needed. Interrogate proposed budgets, agree estimates, assign responsibility, book suite time, distribute feedback and manage project progress.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment often under aggressive timings.
- Think creatively around how new and archive content and how it can re-purposed to make it relevant and compelling to a new audience.
- Have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications across multiple production streams and disciplines.
- Stay abreast of industry / creative developments in the production of content and and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to teams.
- Understand industry trends and have the instinct to grasp and funnel emerging opportunities.
- Be sociable, positive, resourceful and commercially-minded.
- Have great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of team.
- Be organised and methodical in their approach to work.
- Motivate and lead production teams with enthusiasm.
- Respond pro-actively to stress, remaining calm and personable even under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.
- Delegate responsibility effectively and know when to manage ‘up’ as well as ‘across’ and ‘down’.
- Be calm, consistent, confident and courageous.
- Have technical competence and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, HTML5, HTML and CSS.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
