Role: Regional Digital Project Manager

Location: New York, New York 

About the role: 

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Digital Project Manager, where you'll be integral to delivering website, email and push content across multiple languages for our largest fashion client, based in [New York Ciry], one of the key brand cities. As Regional Digital Project Manager, you will report directly to the Account Lead. You’ll be accountable & responsible for all the regional client communication and content delivery. You will liaise with the client’s team to accurately forecast, produce, and deliver the content across multiple channels (AEM, Push, Email) as per the defined SLA. You’ll be responsible for leading the region to manage & deliver AEM global and local campaigns along with leading the satellite team offsite. You’ll act as a Primary Contact for all the regional clients to set up regional processes and improvements in AEM workstream. Excellent communication and attention to detail is required to deliver to the highest standards.  

What you will be doing: 

  • You will manage a satellite team (Digital Project Managers and Web Content Managers) based in Mexico.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and digital expert for clients throughout the lifecycle of a digital project is a key responsibility. 
  • Responsible for managing digital projects across the AEM workstream; from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Effectively managing the team to successfully deliver email marketing and website content deliverables.
  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships through transparent communication and the establishment of trust is paramount. 
  • Follow and implement best practice production processes established within OLIVER, fostering collaboration with the client on-site to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Efficient planning and scheduling of projects are essential to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Regular communication of project status, both internally and externally, in accordance with agreed-upon account processes.
  • Produce estimates and timelines and measure progress of projects against those throughout the workflow.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues at the onset of a project, while also managing and mitigating project risks, are critical functions. 
  • Be a champion to develop technical improvements and automate processes to bring efficiency in the way or working and processes.
  • Foster team development and leadership to the team.
  • Fostering a collaborative and motivational environment to ensure team members remain focused on delivering high-quality work and feel supported is essential.
  • Ensure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your work.
  • Ensuring accurate timekeeping and project status updates for both one-self and the team within MPC to facilitate data reporting for the client & Account Lead.
  • Work with Account Lead on AEM reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Excellent communication & Attention to detail
  • 5+ years' experience managing digital projects from initial briefing to delivery. 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Site Content Publishing and Creation is a plus
  • Good understanding of CMS and Emailers. 
  • Hand-son experience working on PM tools like JIRA, Terllo, etc
  • Good understanding of project finances – estimating, timings, costs and invoicing. 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $100,000.00 to $110,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
