THE ROLE: Sr. Customer Supply Chain Manager – Walmart & Club
Reporting to our Vice President, Walmart and Club, the Sr Supply Chain Manager will serve as a key contributor within our WBC team and will be an important strategic partner for both our Walmart Customer Team, Walmart Merchant Team and our Club partners. We need someone that is committed to being a positive culture impact and a strong contributor. This individual will help optimize and enhance our customer supply chain support. The WBC operating companies include SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. Supply excellence is a top priority for us and this role will help lead our current and future Walmart & Club Supply strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to Supply Chain expert for all things Walmart and Club both internally and externally
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart & Club for all things supply chain. Build trust and grow relationships to better serve our partners
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all goals and targets are met. Address and resolve any issues that arises. Provide weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer
- Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize out of stocks. Collaborate with operations teams to manage inventory
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key KPIs related to supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Best-In-Class Process: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5-10 years of supply chain management or replenishment experience
- Strong Walmart experience with Club channel experience as a plus.
- Proficient in all relevant Supply Chain systems and analysis tools. (Walmart platforms, Club Platforms, GRS, ERP exposure a plus)
- Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization, and explain complex topics to non-expert stakeholders
- Experience managing external customer relationships within supply chain
- Relationship building, ability to lead through collaboration & influence vs. complete ownership
- Results oriented with a strong bias for action, Ability to take the lead in developing tools & process
- Great organizational skills with an eye for consistency, quality and order
- Fantastic communication skills - listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to drive action independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal direction; enterprising in seeking new opportunities for the business

HOURS: full time, exempt (salaried)

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The pay range for this position is $138,500 - 169,300 dependent on experience and location.
