Job Description
Use your creativity and technical expertise to create compelling photo-realistic imagery for communities, Olsson teams, and clients across the country! You will work closely with our technical teams, creatives, shared services, and clients to create visuals that tell a story, unify a project vision, and accurately demonstrate technical solutions. Using still images and video, you will help build excitement and understanding of how projects will appear at completion.
This role supports the organization’s Creative service area in delivering innovative solutions, visually communicating complex ideas, and creating consistency using the firm’s brand. The Coordinator also carries out standard Creative tasks with guidance from established brand guidelines, applies knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop successful solutions in non-standard situations, all while communicating with various stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates individual daily functions required to ensure the delivery of
- Creates materials and visuals according to the firm’s standards for activities such as winning work, internal communication, and social media.
- Establishes, communicates, and meets deadlines for timely completion of Creative requests, utilizing exceptional time management capabilities.
- Works closely with shared services and technical staff to understand their Creative needs and execute effective concepts and designs with limited direction.
- Develops an understanding of the industry and the competitive landscape.
- Maintains a high level of quality in the visual aspects of the firm’s materials and processes, ensuring creative deliverables are accurate, effective, branded, and are accessible.
- Contributes to the oversight of the firm’s brand for clarity and consistency.
- Stays current with Creative industry trends by conducting brand research, learning new software, and exploring new delivery methods.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, or a related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a related position.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- 2+ years of experience using Sketchup and 3D Studio Max, Vray and/or Lumion
- Experience creating architectural/engineering subject matters
- Demo Reel and/or portfolio
- Proficiency in the following preferred:
- AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D
- Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Google Earth Pro
