Product Marketing Manager

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in positioning OneVest as a leader in wealth management technology. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at both strategy and execution, helping us define and build the foundation for product marketing. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will own our product messaging, drive sales enablement efforts, and ensure smooth go-to-market strategies.

This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge of wealth management, experience with SaaS products, and a passion for storytelling. You will be responsible for building our product marketing engine from scratch, driving product adoption, and creating compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

What you’ll be doing:

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for OneVest’s platform and new features.
  • Tailor narratives to resonate with financial institutions and portfolio managers.

Competitor Research & Market Insights

  • Analyze competitors, maintain competitive frameworks, and share market insights with internal teams.
  • Identify trends and inform product and marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Create sales enablement materials like one-pagers, case studies, and demo scripts.
  • Lead product launches and execute GTM strategies in partnership with sales and marketing teams.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Write product documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, webinars, videos) that showcases product capabilities.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and financial services
  • Deep understanding of the wealth management space and SaaS product positioning
  • Proven experience leading product launches and developing GTM strategies
  • Strong ability to conduct competitive research and maintain market frameworks
  • Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and writing skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and take ownership
