    • Leverage Marketo’s native automation features (e.g., tokens, snippets, dynamic content, smart campaigns) to create reusable, scalable email templates and programs.

    • Research, recommend, and implement AI-driven tools or integrations within the Marketo ecosystem. This may include AI-powered content generation, subject line testing, or personalization engines to reduce manual content creation and A/B testing.

    • Build and configure automated workflows for email QA, ensuring that emails meet all brand, compliance, and deliverability standards with minimal human intervention.

  • Training & Documentation:

    • Document all new processes, automations, and AI integrations in a clear and concise manner.

    • Train the internal marketing team on how to use the new automated systems, empowering them to build and launch emails more efficiently.

  • Technical Execution:

    • Write and edit HTML/CSS for responsive email templates as needed, ensuring they are compatible with major email clients.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to email deliverability, automation flows, and data synchronization with CRM systems.

    • Execute email sends in sendgrid, Marketo and Groove

  • Performance Analysis:

    • Establish new metrics to measure the success of automation and AI initiatives, such as time-to-market for new campaigns, reduction in QA errors, and improvements in email performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) is a strong plus, or equivalent deep hands-on experience in a similar role.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a hands-on Marketo specialist role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and a solid understanding of email design best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • A self-starter who can work independently and drive a project from initial concept to completion.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
