ABOUT THIS ROLE

Orchestra is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, implementing key systems, and applying technical expertise to enable the success of the marketing function. This role combines skills in platform management and process optimization to enhance demand generation efforts and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is skilled at project management, cross-functional collaboration and is able to thrive at a fast-paced, growing company.

Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will…

  • Document and optimize marketing workflows to improve content development, enhance lead generation, identify bottlenecks and standardize processes for efficiency
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, ensuring data quality and tracking while building email campaigns and landing pages
  • Analyze data across channels, using tools like Google Analytics to uncover actionable insights that inform marketing strategy
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs
  • Manage the Orchestra email list, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy while pulling lists and queries from marketing databases
  • Vet and respond to inbound marketing requests from Orchestra companies via email and Slack
  • Assist the Digital Content Manager in managing the internal and external content calendar and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Serve as the technical point person for marketing technologies and tools, maintaining internal documentation and training
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including but not limited to event support, vendor management and marketing content management.
  • Handle business operations for the marketing team including budget tracking and invoicing.

Essential skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Self-starter who is adaptable, flexible and efficient
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with a track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once
  • Experience with CRMs 
  • Experience with web analytics tools 
  • Experience with email service providers 

Preferred:

  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Google Analytics and Mailchim
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier

 

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry-rate salary bands to retain and grow talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $70,000-$85,000
