Java Backend API Developer

We are looking for a strong and experienced Java API Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring-based microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend applications.
• Build and enhance microservices using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure proper documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement and maintain unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and support automated builds and deployments.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Follow best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Framework and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in REST API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with JUnit for unit testing.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building and deploying applications on Azure Cloud.
