Technical Lead: Cobol (Complete Work from Office)

Job Location: Noida 

Work Mode: 5 days' work from office Normal Shift

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience
• 7-10 years of experience with AS400 Mainframe, COBOL/400, CL.
• 7-10 years of experience with Unisys A-Series Mainframe, COBOL, WFL
• Experience in designing and developing secure mainframe-based applications.
• Experience in full software development life cycle using agile methodologies.
• Should have good understanding of Agile methodologies and can handle agile ceremonies.
• Efficient in Reviewing, Analyzing, coding, testing, and debugging of application programs.
• Should be able to work under pressure while resolving critical issues in Prod environment.
• Good leadership skills and experience in leading the projects from end-to-end.
• Good communication skills and experience in working with Clients.
• Good understanding in Banking Domain.

What would be great to have:

• Experience/ Familiarity with C#, Selenium Automation, Git, Jira, PowerShell, Postman.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Testing Experience in mainframe with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect management.
