What you’ll do

As a Field Account Executive at Otter, you will focus on outbound calling and field sales to help restaurants grow their business. You’ll:

  • Drive revenue growth and expand customer and market share in your territory.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota while maintaining a healthy pipeline (3–4x expected closed-won delivery).

  • Prospect, close new business opportunities, and manage customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with Sales Leads and cross-functional teams to support account-based campaigns.

  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to customer needs.

  • Provide updates on pipeline health and relay customer feedback to improve offerings.

 

What we’re looking for


Our ideal candidate is a motivated, high-performing salesperson with:

  • 3+ years carrying an individual quota, ideally with 1+ years in front-line field sales.

  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Ability to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects equal to 3–4x expected closed-won delivery.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Executive presence and the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach others.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM/sales engagement tools.
