About the Role
The SuperNatural Vision (SNV) Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex in flight entertainment (IFE) development and integration programs. This role ensures that the SNV system meets technical, cost, and schedule objectives while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and certification requirements. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of aircraft avionics and/or IFE systems with exceptional program management, leadership, and communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and certification—to deliver IFE programs on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Manage the full program lifecycle from concept through certification, production, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers regarding program status, technical progress, and issues resolution.
- Ensure program milestones and deliverables are met in accordance with FAA/EASA certification requirements and company quality standards.
- Oversee technical integration of avionics systems, including communication, navigation, surveillance, and flight control systems.
- Drive effective change management, configuration control, and documentation processes.
- Provide leadership in technical and business decision-making to achieve optimal program outcomes.
- Support proposal development, cost estimation, and resource planning for new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program team
Who You Are
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in avionics engineering, IFE systems engineering, systems integration, or program management within commercial aerospace or defense.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of FAA Part 23/25 or EASA CS-23/25 certification processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Doors, or equivalent)
Required Skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754A compliance.
- Familiarity with commercial avionics and/or IFE systems integration.
Where You'll Be
**This is a remote position with travel 1 week per month to our company headquarters, currently in Ft Worth, TX
