Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco requiring 3 days per week in the office.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive Logistics Specialist, Retail Operations to support our Retail Logistics Operations team across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This role will drive retail execution excellence while flexing into broader omni-channel logistics and order management initiatives as needed.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end retail lifecycle for your assigned retail partners — from purchase order management, routing, and distribution to compliance, on-time delivery performance, chargeback mitigation, and returns optimization. You will serve as the operational point of accountability for your retailers, leading KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives that turn insights into scalable action.

This role requires hands-on experience supporting major big-box retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Costco, Walmart, and similar accounts. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the retail and wholesale lifecycle — including retailer-specific compliance requirements and operational nuances — and can help us optimize systems and processes as we continue onboarding and scaling new retail partners across the Americas.

You thrive in fast-paced retail environments, operate with strong ownership and accountability, and approach logistics with a systems- and AI-first mindset. You embody a high-momentum, zero-ego approach to teamwork — learning quickly, solving in real time, and winning together.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end retail purchase order management and requirements across ERP and retailer portals serving in US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
  • Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI, and ship window requirements.
  • Partner with 3PL and transportation providers to execute shipments On-Time, In-Full (OTIF).
  • Monitor retailer scorecards, manage chargebacks and disputes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage the retail returns process with our finance partners.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.

Inventory & Order Management Support

  • Maintain inventory visibility and accuracy across distribution centers to support retail demand.
  • Create and manage transfer orders between manufacturers and 3PLs.
  • Support omni-channel order management and cross-channel inventory alignment as needed.

KPI Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Own performance tracking for assigned retailer partners (OTIF, fill rate, compliance, deductions, cycle time).
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to drive visibility and accountability.
  • Identify root causes of service or cost issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve scalability and accuracy.
  • Take a systems- and AI-first approach to optimizing retail logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail logistics, wholesale operations, or omni-channel supply chain.
  • Experience supporting large national retailers (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy or similar) and working within retailer portals.
  • Strong understanding of retail compliance requirements, OTIF metrics, routing, ASN/EDI, and chargeback management.
  • Proven ability to automate processes and drive measurable improvements in cost, delivery performance, and cycle time.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience supporting retail operations across North America; LATAM experience a plus.
  • Analytical, systems-oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
