The Role
As the Head of International, you will spearhead Overjet’s market entry and growth strategy across key international regions, with a particular focus on Europe. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives adoption of Overjet’s AI solutions among dental insurers, DSOs, and other key stakeholders. This role will begin as an individual contributor position, where you will directly lead strategic initiatives and drive business development efforts. As the business scales, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to support sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead international expansion strategy – Define and execute Overjet’s growth strategy in key markets, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Drive revenue growth – Build and execute a sales strategy to establish and scale partnerships with DSOs, re-sellers and distributors, and other industry players.
- Navigate complex regulatory environments – Develop a deep understanding of regional healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and market dynamics to drive adoption and compliance.
- Develop key partnerships – Establish strategic alliances with insurers, government agencies, and industry influencers to accelerate market penetration.
- Act as the face of Overjet in international markets – Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key customer meetings.
- Build and lead a world-class team – Initially operate as an individual contributor, driving critical initiatives hands-on, then recruit, mentor, and lead a team as the business scales.
Qualifications
- Executive leadership experience – Proven track record at the VP level or equivalent, with significant experience leading international expansion efforts in healthcare, dental insurance, or technology.
- Deep industry expertise – Strong understanding of dental insurance, reimbursement processes, and the unique dynamics of DSOs.
- Sales and business development acumen – Experience driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.
- Operational and regulatory experience – Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, compliance requirements, and regional market dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – A builder who thrives in high-growth environments and can execute with speed, adaptability, and resilience.
- UK-based, global mindset – Based in the UK with the ability to travel internationally as needed.
