About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Clinical Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral partners, ensuring seamless patient admissions, and promoting Overstory Health’s services within the Greater Boston community. You will play a key role in supporting patient access to care and working closely with both external partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Proactively develop and execute an outreach and engagement plan, building strong relationships with community partners.
- Consultative Role: Act as a consultant to emergency room case managers, discharge planners, therapists, psychiatrists, and health systems to design and implement strategies that support referral partners.
- Admissions Coordination: Facilitate the admission of prospective clients, document patient information, and collaborate with the clinical team to assess suitability.
- Community Engagement: Represent Overstory Health in the Greater Boston area, attending educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
- Resource Expert: Provide information on intermediate levels of mental healthcare, helping patients and providers understand the benefits of PHP and IOP programs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain outreach activities using a CRM system and build strong, lasting relationships with referral sources.

- Strong partnerships with referral sources, leading to consistent patient admissions.
- Seamless communication and collaboration between referral partners and internal teams.
- Positive feedback from patients, providers, and stakeholders, supporting Overstory Health’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (nursing, social work, or related field preferred).
- Minimum one year of experience in a relevant role, such as sales, account management, or community outreach.
- At least two years of healthcare experience, preferably in roles like discharge planner, case manager, or transitional care coordinator.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Based in Greater Boston with the ability to travel locally for meetings.
- Proficiency in Google and CRM systems.
