About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional to lead product marketing for Panorama’s platform.  Panorama continues to advance our flagship products - including Panorama Student Success, Panorama Surveys and Engagement, and Panorama Solara, our new AI solution aligned with Panorama’s mission to radically improve education for every student.  By developing clear go-to-market messaging and positioning and leading a high-performing team of product marketers, you will play a key and visible role in driving Panorama’s positive impact in schools and accelerating the company’s revenue growth.

We are seeking an experienced leader with deep expertise in product storytelling for high-growth companies and a track record of building and leading exceptional teams. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of product marketing including product positioning, messaging, product launches, pricing and packaging, and team management. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Client Experience and Revenue (Sales, Account Management, and Marketing) to ensure that clear and consistent product messaging drives value at all points in the customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve Panorama’s platform and product story through clear and compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of Panorama’s platform and product story and messaging both internally and externally.
  • Lead an engaged and high-performing team of product marketers.
  • Coordinate teams and processes to execute product launches that are smooth, effective, and results-driven.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and beyond to ensure alignment and momentum on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build deep expertise on our buyers, voice of the customer, and competitive landscape—leveraging these insights to help the team learn, pivot, and refine Panorama’s product marketing strategy and tactics in a fast-changing market.
  • Set product marketing goals and strategy, and align the team to achieve outcomes that drive revenue growth, including defining and tracking KPIs for product marketing initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing with high-growth software companies, with 5+ years of people leadership experience - building, managing, and mentoring a team
    • Experience with SaaS products in K-12 is a plus
  • Experience building product messaging and positioning for SaaS products and ensuring consistent understanding of messaging for internal teams and buyers
  • Experience shaping an aggressive product roadmap into clear and compelling product narratives and launches
  • Experience overseeing smooth, effective product launches for SaaS products
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to internal audiences (from small groups to all-hands meetings) and external audiences of district leaders and educators
  • Demonstrated success navigating change in a dynamic, high-growth environment - pivoting strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Experience using data and market insights to inform product marketing strategies and to identify emerging opportunities in a competitive landscape.
  • Track record of rallying a team toward hitting deadlines and goals, producing high engagement and alignment
  • Experience leading changes to strategy or product positioning that have led to achieving positive outcomes

Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $225,000 annually 

The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
