Are you an experienced investor onboarding or investor services professional looking to take the next step in your career?

Pantheon Ventures is seeking a Senior Associate to lead our Investor Services team, with a strong focus on AML collation, Transfers of Interest, and client onboarding excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and streamline client-facing processes in a global private markets firm.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AML and onboarding processes for Tier 3 investors, ensuring smooth and compliant client journeys.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing Investor Services team.
  • Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and centralise client service activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance client experience.
  • Represent client needs in internal working groups focused on service optimisation and operational efficiency.

  • Proven experience in investor onboarding, AML collation, and Transfer of Interest processes.
  • Strong understanding of private markets and asset management.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of delivering impactful projects and process improvements.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for team development.
  • Degree-level education is essential; IMC or equivalent may be required later.
