Position Overview:
As an Account Manager you will provide tailored and strategic insights to help maximize growth for our clients. As an Account Manager of Client Success, you’ll provide comprehensive, strategic, and business-centric support for your portfolio of clients. A successful candidate will have the ability to analyze trends to provide key takeaways for future strategy and growth. This role will focus on enhancing performance by utilizing integrated marketing strategies across various marketing channels. With complete insight into the client’s business, the Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and provide guidance and advice on how marketing strategies and tactics can influence business results. This role must cultivate trust and confidence with clients and mentor client success staff within their portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Client Leadership: Provide comprehensive, strategic, and business-centric support for their portfolio of clients, while ensuring exceptional execution and personalized service for each of their clients.
Client Relationship Building: Developing direct collaborations with decision-makers, and facilitating new partnership opportunities, case studies, and promotional/press partnership opportunities.
Client Planning: Spearhead quarterly strategy planning across their client portfolio and ensuring that quarterly plans are compelling, actionable, data-driven and fueled by innovative insights.
Client Education: Consistently demonstrate the agency’s value through regular business reviews, presenting innovative solutions, and educating clients on emerging trends.
Marketing Strategy: Lead the strategic oversight of program strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives, utilizing performance data and market trends to guide optimization efforts.
Data-driven Insights: Oversee and consistently improve the tracking and analysis of campaign performance, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Client Satisfaction: Dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and consistently improving performance metrics. Evaluates and assesses client contracts regularly to ensure that objectives are being exceeded.
Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership, as needed.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing services, and at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance PR, or performance-focused influencer marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling strategic client accounts within a dynamic marketing environment with a proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in engaging and influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytical tools, with the ability to leverage these technologies to drive campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within client organizations.

A Week in the LifeAs the Head of Influencer/Creator Marketing, you will be responsible for building and scalingPartnerCentric’s Influencer/Creator Marketing service line, collaborating with industry leaders,and developing strategies that position PartnerCentric as a leader in this space. Your weekmight include:
Monday: Drafting a market positioning strategy for the Influencer/Creator Marketingservice line, including value proposition, messaging, and competitive analysis.
Tuesday: Meeting with an influencer technology platform partner to discuss integrationopportunities and joint go-to-market strategies. Participating in a sales call with aprospect where influencer marketing is a defined opportunity.
Wednesday: Creating a co-marketing proposal with a current influencer marketingclient, highlighting mutual wins and industry case studies. Reaching out to industryluminaries to explore speaking opportunities and partnerships.
Thursday: Developing a new pipeline of influencer marketing opportunities, analyzingtrends, and strategizing targeted outreach for potential clients. Engaging with existingclients to nurture relationships and gather feedback on service offerings.
Friday: Evangelizing PartnerCentric’s Influencer/Creator Marketing value proposition atan industry webinar or conference. Wrapping up the week by reviewing key metrics,celebrating wins, and identifying areas for improvement.

P&L Ownership: Oversee the financial performance of the Influencer/Creator Marketingservice line, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Revenue Growth: Drive and manage a six-figure contribution in net new revenue to thebusiness through the development and execution of the influencer/creator marketingservice line.
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline ofinfluencer/creator marketing opportunities, focusing on attracting new clients andexpanding relationships with existing ones.
Strategic Accountability: Align financial, operational, and sales objectives to supportthe overall growth and success of the business.
Strategy Development

Position Overview
The Director of Partnership Development is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and scaling PartnerCentric’s Partnership Development Center of Excellence. This role is at the forefront of shaping the future of performance-based partnerships, building high-value partner relationships, and leading a results-driven team aligned to our core value proposition.
This leader will own thought leadership, strategic partnership development, and team performance—ensuring PartnerCentric remains the most trusted affiliate marketing partner in the space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Industry Leadership & Strategic Vision
Serve as a recognized thought leader in partnership strategy, driving innovation across the affiliate and content partnership landscape.
Represent PartnerCentric at key industry events, panels, and publications to build awareness and differentiation.
Shape the roadmap for partnership strategy in alignment with client needs and emerging market trends.
2. Team Leadership & Center of Excellence Oversight
Lead, mentor, and scale the Partnership Development team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Establish and manage team KPIs to ensure delivery against performance, revenue contribution, and growth goals.
Develop training, enablement, and career development paths that reflect best-in-class talent development principles.
3. Strategic Partner Management & Growth
Own and expand PartnerCentric’s most strategic partner relationships—including publishers, content creators, tech partners, and platforms.
Lead joint business planning with top partners, aligning on shared goals, co-selling strategies, and co-marketing campaigns.
Negotiate partnership models, revenue shares, and go-to-market agreements with clarity and commercial rigor.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Education
Partner with internal teams (client services, sales, marketing, product) to align partner strategies with client objectives and FUSE innovation roadmap.
Build internal education programs that equip the team with knowledge of key partner value propositions, integrations, and best-fit use cases.
Act as a bridge between market opportunities and technology development, identifying integrations or enhancements that drive mutual value with FUSE.

Lead a training session for the client services team on new partner capabilities and co-selling strategies.
Collaborate with marketing on an upcoming thought leadership piece or event appearance.
Coach a team member on navigating complex partner negotiations and building commercial acumen.
Thursday: Joint Planning + Ecosystem Building
Host a strategy workshop with a key platform partner to align on 6-month joint business goals.
Explore new technology partners or tools that could enhance PartnerCentric’s FUSE platform.
Map potential co-branded campaigns with client marketing and partner marketing teams.
Friday: Insights, Innovation & Reflection
Analyze partner performance trends and report impact of strategic partnerships to leadership.
Write a short POV memo or LinkedIn post on emerging trends in affiliate and content commerce.
Wrap the week with a feedback loop session—listening to the team and reflecting on how to improve systems, scale impact, and stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or digital media, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and measure high-performing teams with multi-faceted goals and KPIs
Proven track record of growing high-impact partner ecosystems and leading multi-functional teams to exceed performance targets.
Deep knowledge of affiliate, content commerce, and partnership ecosystems, including monetization strategies and partner business models.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills, with an ability to drive data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and executive presence, both internally and externally.
Experience with partnership technology platforms; understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and integrations is a plus.
