The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with the confidence and expertise to counsel executives, teams, and cross-functional partners, while independently managing high-visibility initiatives across multiple platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Enterprise Social Strategy: Execute a comprehensive social media vision that positions PatientPoint as an innovative category leader across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms.
  • Content Leadership: Create compelling, high-impact content that tells the PatientPoint story, showcases innovation, and engages audiences including healthcare professionals, industry partners, patients, and prospective talent.
  • Thought Leadership Amplification: Design and execute executive visibility strategies, including social platform presence for PatientPoint leaders, to elevate corporate reputation and thought leadership.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices, playbooks, and guidelines that ensure all social media activity—enterprise and team-led—aligns with corporate strategy and maintains brand integrity.
  • Campaign Direction: Lead high-profile social media campaigns supporting product launches, thought leadership, industry events, and employer brand initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
  • Analytics & Insights: Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Community Leadership: Build and nurture an engaged social media community by fostering authentic dialogue, managing PatientPoint’s online reputation, and proactively addressing risks.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to ensure a unified, enterprise-wide approach to external communications.
  • Agency/Partner Management: Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet enterprise needs and reflect best-in-class execution.
  • Trend Leadership: Monitor industry and platform trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and advising leadership on emerging digital strategies.

What We Need:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or corporate communications, ideally with healthcare, B2B, or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-level social media strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business leaders.
  • Strong writing and content creation expertise, with the ability to craft compelling brand and leadership narratives across platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact, generate insights, and refine strategy.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks and managing high-stakes corporate and executive profiles.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
