Director of Demand Generation Marketing

Paytronix’s Director of Demand Generation Marketing will lead a high performing team of demand generation specialists and digital marketers responsible for delivering global campaigns across email, web, paid media, SEO, chat, and more. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and sales pipeline across all channels, while strengthening the digital footprint of Paytronix globally.

The Director of Demand Generation Marketing will report to the Chief Marketing Officer as a key leader on the Paytronix corporate marketing team, partnering closely with our sales operations team and others to drive, monitor, and manage lead and pipeline generation. This role is highly visible and vital to the organization’s aggressive growth strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the demand generation engine responsible for 67% of the sales qualified pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategies across email, webinars, content marketing, paid media, and other channels.
  • Work with sales development reps (SDRs) and the sales team to deliver marketing qualified leads that convert to sales qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other key functions to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Plan, measure, and report on the impact of demand generation campaigns and digital initiatives, optimizing ROI continuously. Define and report on metrics to assess the effectiveness of each channel.
  • Utilize, evaluate, and recommend improvements to the marketing tech stack to boost engagement strategies and performance. Manage all aspects of underlying technologies and analytics, including marketing automation, content management, webinar technology, web visitor tracking, contact databases, and more.
  • Lead a high-performing demand generation team of 6 marketers, involving yourself in details when necessary and driving strategy when needed.
  • Work with digital marketing agencies and consultants to plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the company website, including content, chat, UX, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging in content and campaigns, leveraging competitive differentiators.
  • Create and maintain a campaign calendar and metrics dashboards for visibility, adjusting strategies based on performance. Switch fluidly between analyzing data and presenting business cases to stakeholders, caring deeply about results and the process.
  • Handle high-volume requests and strict deadlines, making decisions based on overall business objectives.
  • Thrive on owning and beating ambitious goals, leveraging your team's expertise to bring campaigns to life and showcase craftsmanship in the finished product and results.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 10 years leading B2B demand generation for a technology company, with a proven track record of successful results. Experience in hospitality technology is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a demand generation team in a rapidly growing global company with a high-performance culture.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to identify and manage site and campaign changes based on web traffic and performance analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the buyer’s journey, marketing funnel stages, and implementation of diverse marketing strategies across segments.
  • Proficient in marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing directions as needed.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.

Salary range: $170k-$190k with 10% bonus.
