Demand Generation Marketing Manager

SHR is hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who will be responsible for delivering campaigns across email, web, paid media, SEO, and more. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and sales pipeline across all channels, while strengthening the digital footprint of SHR in North America.

SHR is a Houston-based leader in hospitality technology, which provides an AI-powered suite of integrated applications designed to help hotels—and increasingly casinos—maximize revenue, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Founded in 2012, the company brings over a decade of innovation to the commercial operations within the hotel sector.

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will report to the Americas Hospitality Marketing VP as a key leader, partnering closely with sales, sales operations, product, corporate marketing and others to drive, monitor, and manage lead and pipeline generation goals. This role is highly visible and vital to the organization’s aggressive growth strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, manage and optimize a demand generation engine that engages, nurtures, and converts prospects, and cross-sells solutions to existing customers.
  • Own demand creation strategy and execution across email, webinars, paid media, ABM, intent signals, and other marketing channels and activities.
  • Align with sales to successfully deliver on lead/pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing team members, as well as sales, product, and other key functions to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast, budget, measure, and report on the impact of demand generation campaigns and digital initiatives, while continuously optimizing ROI.
  • Leverage your knowledge of our marketing tech stack to constantly improve engagement strategies, performance, and measurement. Recommend additions to the stack to ensure successful lead gen efforts.
  • Work with digital marketing agencies and consultants to plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid search and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the brand, communications, and sales enablement teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging in campaigns, and to leverage our competitive differentiators via marketing programs.
  • Create and maintain a campaign calendar and metrics dashboards for leadership and organization visibility. Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Own all aspects of the underlying technologies and analytics, including our marketing automation platform, content management system, webinar technology, web visitor tracking, contact databases, and intent data platforms.
  • Define and report on metrics to assess the effectiveness of each channel, including email, paid social, website, and campaigns, and apply the data to continuously optimize results.
  • Balance high-volume requests, strict deadlines, and decisions based on the overall business objectives. Know when to push or when to back off, ensuring the team is incredibly flexible in any situation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to fluidly switch from digging into the data to delivering a business case to the broader team and stakeholders. Care deeply about the results as well as the process and the team members who drive those results.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience running B2B demand generation for a technology company, with a track record of successful results. Hospitality tech experienced preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or comparable work experience is required.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics and reporting, plus the ability to identify and implement website and campaign changes based on analysis of web traffic and campaign performance.
  • In-depth understanding of a buyer’s journey, marketing funnel stages, and how to implement all types of marketing strategies across segments.
  • Intimate knowledge of marketing technologies, including marketing automation (i.e., HubSpot or Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), web content management (i.e., HubSpot or Umbraco), web tracking (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), contact database building (i.e., ZoomInfo), ABM tools, and buyer intent data platforms (i.e., 6sense or Qualified).

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
