Summary of Position:
The Associate Consumer Promotions Manager, position supports the Consumer Promotions Manager to deliver tactical recommendations to one of pep’s Fortune 500 CPG clients.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop coupon and consumer promotion plans for assigned business unit
- Collaborate with supplier partners to gather estimates, evaluate budgets, and analyze past consumer promotion performance
- Build and manage annual consumer promotion plan budgets and activity calendars
- Utilize available data resources to analyze program performance and competitive activity
- Provide leadership for Account Executive(s); including regular 1:1s, continual coaching, troubleshooting, career guidance, performance evaluations, workload management
- Lead establishment and development of new or improved operational processes
- Partner with Director, Client Strategy to spearhead key client initiatives, including evolution of capabilities and implementation of new tech system solution
- Remain current on trends and innovation within the consumer promotion industry; provide continuous, applicable thought leadership to client
- Leadership, project management skills, problem solving, and analytical skills are required

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience also considered
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in promotional, CPG, or related industry
- Experience leading direct report(s), managing staff workloads and delegating
- Must be agile, have a passion for client services, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Extremely organized and communicates well across multiple parties
- Ability to identify and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
- Independent worker, with a team player mindset, enthusiastic and energetic approach
- Ability to navigate and advance initiatives amidst ambiguity
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel is required
