The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Federal Law Enforcement at Peregrine, you'll accelerate the adoption of advanced data integration, analytics, and AI-infused solutions across Federal Law Enforcement agencies. You'll leverage your deep understanding of federal law enforcement operations, consultative sales expertise, and strategic relationships to drive revenue growth and deliver mission-critical technology solutions. Collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and deployment teams, you'll refine our federal law enforcement go-to-market strategy and maintain exceptional standards of security, compliance, and customer trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and revenue growth specifically within US Federal Law Enforcement agencies, managing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through deployment
  • Navigate federal procurement requirements including familiarity with government contracting vehicles and processes
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers within Federal Law Enforcement agencies
  • Act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how Peregrine’s technology addresses mission-critical operational challenges in investigative, tactical, and strategic contexts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with agency missions, operational requirements, and modernization initiatives
  • Partner with Federal Law Enforcement agencies as they coordinate with their current systems and service providers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Peregrine’s technology
  • Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to ensure Peregrine's solutions continuously align with Federal Law Enforcement needs
  • Create and maintain detailed sales playbooks tailored to specific law enforcement use cases, procurement methods, and security protocols
  • Maintain hands-on engagement with key accounts while leading strategic expansion efforts within the federal law enforcement market
  • Collaborate internally and externally to ensure successful customer deployments

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the federal law enforcement sector, demonstrating a proven track record of introducing and scaling emerging technologies
  • Deep understanding of federal law enforcement agency missions, investigative processes, operational challenges, and modernization priorities
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical sales execution in government environments
  • Extensive experience navigating complex federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in the federal law enforcement space
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, technical teams, and operational personnel
  • Demonstrated skill in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including incumbent technology system or solution providers, cloud providers, and internal security teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail in execution
  • Passion for advanced technology solutions that enhance law enforcement efficacy and effectiveness, with the ability to articulate its importance in government contexts

 

Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
