The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Account Executive to pioneer Peregrine’s expansion into private-sector industries. This is not a “manage the book” role — it’s a new growth opportunity. You’ll define your market, open doors, and build early reference customers that shape Peregrine’s commercial strategy. 
 
You’ll partner directly with leaders across logistics, real estate, energy, infrastructure, and other operationally intensive sectors to introduce a new category of situational awareness and decision-intelligence technology. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage a 3.5–4x pipeline that converts into measurable revenue within your first two quarters.
  • Define your territory’s strategy — identify verticals, diagnose customer workflows, and design go-to-market plays.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment to align on solutions and messaging.
  • Navigate complex buying processes with executive stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational buyers.
  • Translate Peregrine’s story into outcomes that matter — safety, efficiency, brand protection, and customer experience.
  • Turn early wins into playbooks and repeatable motions that drive scale. 

What Success Looks Like 

  • 2–3 anchor customers secured within the first six months.
  • A validated sub vertical sales motion with clear product-market fit signals.
  • Case studies and references that open doors to new verticals.
  • A defined go-to-market framework others can build upon. 

About You 

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in complex, consultative environments.
  • Proven record of building new markets — bringing innovative technology into traditional industries.
  • Deep curiosity for how operations, data, and decision-making intersect.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller — you connect vision to measurable value.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and self-directed — you operate like a founder, not a follower.
  • You thrive on ambiguity, take pride in your craft, and never stop learning.

Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
