San Francisco, CA

Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence — instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.

The Executive Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Head of Customer Delivery as well as the Customer Delivery leadership team. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

This role will primarily support Customer Delivery leaders who manage large, distributed customer teams and who travel frequently to spend time “in market” supporting Peregrine’s growth. You will own complex calendar management; coordinate internal operational rhythms and cadences across multiple busy calendars and across a nationally distributed team; and ensure seamless execution of customer engagements, internal reviews, and leadership operations. You will anticipate needs before they arise, protect executive focus, and help drive alignment across stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Own complex calendar management for Head of Customer Delivery and Customer Delivery leaders, balancing internal operating cadences, regional reviews, customer engagements, and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic calendar gatekeeper, exercising strong judgment to prioritize effectively, protect focus time, and distinguish between flexible internal meetings and fixed external commitments.
  • Facilitate delegation and priority shifts when needed by identifying the right stakeholders, ensuring smooth handoffs, and maintaining alignment across the organization.
  • Coordinate large-scale internal meetings across the customer organization, including all-hands, team meetings, and regional deal reviews — managing scheduling, agenda preparation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage frequent, multi-city travel and detailed preparation for customer visits and regional engagements, ensuring leaders are fully equipped and briefed.
  • Oversee expense tracking and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support planning and execution of team offsites, leadership gatherings, and hosted customer events.
  • Maintain strong connections and relationships with the Customer Delivery team, cross-functional partners (such as Sales and Engineering & Product Development), and Peregrine’s executive stakeholders while keeping a pulse on team morale and key achievements worth celebrating.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in Customer, Post-Sales, or similarly fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex calendars with strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in executive operations, including travel coordination, expense management, and event/offsite logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information and representing leadership internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Ability to work in person four days per week in our San Francisco office

Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
