
DSP Partnerships Lead

Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and well-connected DSP Partnership Lead to strengthen and grow our relationships with key DSPs. As DSP Partnership Lead, you’ll be responsible for owning and growing commercial and technical relationships with demand-side platforms. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations, maximize monetization, and shape joint go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management of relationships with major DSP partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DSP partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and defining joint growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive technical integration improvements, signal fidelity, and bid efficiency
- Track and report on DSP partner performance, deal flow, and areas of optimization
- Act as a thought partner with internal revenue, product, and marketing teams to influence roadmap priorities and GTM messaging
- Identify new monetization opportunities via curated marketplaces, data deals, or custom integrations with DSPs
- Represent Perion at industry events, QBRs, and partner summits
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a leading SSP with a focus on managing DSP relationships
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising mechanics (RTB, deal IDs, curation, PG, SPO, etc.)
- Strong network of contacts at DSPs, particularly commercial, partnership, and product stakeholders
- Proven track record of owning strategic partner relationships and delivering measurable growth
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Travel to NYC office 1-2 per month (as needed)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CTV, DOOH or Retail Media environments
- Understanding of SPO dynamics and demand path optimization
