Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Manager (NetSuite) to lead a team and drive NetSuite strategy, optimization, and administration. This role requires expertise in NetSuite customization, integrations, data integrity, and leadership to ensure scalable and efficient financial operations.
You Will:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing and enhancing NetSuite and financial system integrations.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting).
- Manage system enhancements and upgrades, working closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive customization initiatives using SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteScript to align with business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with Salesforce, Concur, and third-party systems.
- Maintain financial data integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements, overseeing change management processes.
- Provide guidance, training, and technical leadership to internal stakeholders and team members.
You Have:
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
- Expertise in NetSuite customization, including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteScript.
- Experience in NetSuite system implementations, integrations, and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, such as general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of SOX controls, change management, and audit requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve real-time production issues in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in NetSuite ARM (preferred)

- Have a structured approach to problem-solving and system optimization.
- Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Can understand SuiteScript functionality, even if you’re not a developer.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring and guiding teams.
- Hold NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Certified Administrator or SuiteFoundation.
- Have experience with Boomi integrations.
USA: $128,000 - $160,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
