In this highly visible role, you will shape the delivery of messages that reinforce Ping’s mission, vision, and organizational priorities while driving employee engagement and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
This dynamic role will serve as the primary communications business partner to Ping’s CEO. As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide ongoing support and guidance on how communication strategies can drive organizational priorities and elevate culture.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, strategic thinker, proactive operator with a demonstrated ability to roll up their sleeves and execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Ping's internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals and priorities.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging for internal channels such as all-hands meetings, leadership presentations, and company-wide announcements.
- Drive communication efforts related to organizational changes, initiatives, and transformations, ensuring employees are informed and supported throughout the process.
- Produce high-impact internal and external presentations for the CEO, in partnership with other cross-functional teams as relevant.
- Develop effective Board of Directors communications in collaboration with the CEO and Chief of Staff.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement employee feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and relevance of messaging.
You are a strong fit for this role if you are/have:
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience writing for and working directly with CEOs, C-level executives, and SVPs; ability to engage with and influence senior executives and leadership teams.
- Highly collaborative to enable CEO messaging to pull through across the company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans and tactics.
- A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple, high-profile, confidential projects and deliverables.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
