You will:

  • Get familiar with engineering metrics and how they help measure team performance and delivery efficiency
  • Explore engineering operations and functions that support and scale development efforts
  • Gain insight into end-to-end (E2E) engineering processes and how teams collaborate through cross-functional frameworks
  • Work closely with development teams to observe, learn, and document their daily workflows, tools, and processes
  • Building automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

You have:

  • A strong interest in software development, engineering operations, or product lifecycle management
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Curiosity to learn how software gets built and delivered at scale
  • Basic understanding of software development principles
  • Good communication and analytical thinking skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and contribute

What You’ll Gain:

  • Practical experience working across engineering, product, and operations
  • A deeper understanding of how engineering teams plan, build, measure, and improve
  • Exposure to real-world SDLC, engineering metrics, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Opportunities to contribute directly to engineering operations, support team initiatives, and propose process enhancements
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers and operations leaders
