The Role 
The  Product Marketing Campaign Manager plays a mission-critical role in driving business growth through the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is measured by outcomes—from campaign performance to product launch success—and is designed for a proactive leader who thrives on accountability and delivering measurable value.
You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives that connect product features and scientific benefits with consumer needs in compelling, results-oriented ways. Success is defined by their ability to take benefits and features and craft that into a compelling consumer friendly story to drive engagement, support revenue goals, and position the brand as a market leader.

Key Performance Objectives
Campaign ROI: Launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
Marketing Materials Excellence: Evaluate and revamp content for clarity, consistency, and impact—across web, email, and product collateral.
Launch Readiness: Deliver high-performing, fully coordinated product launches—on time and aligned across teams.
Strategic Leadership: Champion innovation and break the mold with fresh content and creative direction.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Inspire collaboration and accountability that drives better outcomes, faster.

Essential Accountabilities
Lead Product Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across email, social, PR, and digital to elevate our products and drive conversions.
Launch Leadership: Own product launches end-to-end—craft launch briefs, align cross-functional teams, and oversee asset creation and campaign execution.
Content that Performs: Create content strategies that turn features into benefits, data into stories, and insights into action. Constantly test, learn, and optimize.
Messaging Authority: Shape compelling product positioning and ensure alignment across all channels and departments.
Go-to-Market Power: Drive GTM strategy for new products, supported by research, messaging, and audience segmentation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, Digital, and Creative to deliver campaigns that deliver synergy and business value.
Customer Insight: Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to discover opportunities and refine strategy.

Performance-Driven Qualifications
•    7+ years in product marketing or copywriting, ideally within dietary supplements, personal care, or consumer health.
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•    Proven success, growing brand presence and campaign performance.
•    Strong storyteller with a knack for translating science and benefits into customer-facing messaging.
•    Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments—comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and high expectations.
•    Demonstrated leadership, both in strategy and execution, with a passion for mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
•    Highly organized self-starter with strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
