The Opportunity:

At Postman, our Sales Enablement team is responsible for arming our sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to proficiently sell Enterprise and close new logos. From creating sales training and collateral to offering unwavering support and guidance, we're committed to equipping our GTM teams with everything they need to achieve unparalleled success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and manage global sales enablement initiatives that equip the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure enablement programs are aligned with company goals and address the specific needs of the global sales force
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance data
  • Develop a programmatic approach to analyze and identify successful repeatable sales patterns
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of enablement professionals, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to deliver impactful programs
  • Cultivate a team environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive excellence in enablement efforts
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of sales enablement and engagement tools like Gong and Highspot to implement best practices and enhance the effectiveness of global sales initiatives
  • Use your extensive knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to align sales enablement programs with the buyer's journey, ensuring the sales team effectively engages prospects at every stage

Who You Are:

  • You are a strategic thinker and have a strong ability to see the big picture and align enablement efforts with broader business objectives
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • You can develop strong credibility with GTM Teams to become a trusted advisor and business partner quickly
  • You excel in working with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving consensus to achieve shared goals
  • You can adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high growth GTM team and determine priorities in a high-demand environment
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and consider yourself adaptable: Willing to learn, try new approaches and iterate based on impact
  • Your competencies include excellent presentational, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills

What You've Done:

  • You possess 7+ years experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs in a global software SaaS environment
  • You have successfully developed and executed global training programs that have measurably improved sales team performance and contributed to revenue growth
  • You have experience using data and KPIs to evaluate the success of enablement initiatives and make informed decisions to optimize future programs
  • You have  3-5 years experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing enablement teams, driving their professional growth and achieving program objectives
  • You have fostered a collaborative and results-driven team culture, leading to increased productivity, innovation, and the successful execution of global sales enablement initiatives
  • You have demonstrated experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and turning implications into actionable recommendations and business strategies

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of enabling sales teams across multiple regions and cultures
  • You understand and have practiced sales methodologies
  • You have experience with sales engagement tools such as Gong and Highspot
  • You have experience with start-up cultures
  • Experience using Postman and/or developer tools

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco & the reasonably estimated salary role range can be requested anytime. Postman has an informal and fun working team environment.
