We’re seeking a hyper creative, strategic and enthusiastic leader to shape Postman’s organic social presence across existing and emerging channels. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of creating growth-oriented, social-forward, delightful brand experiences, particularly in the SaaS space. You’re no stranger to building in fast-paced, data-driven environments. You’re comfortable with making strategic trade-offs, pivoting quickly to capitalize on growth opportunities and always tying your efforts back to business-level goals and initiatives. More importantly, you know how to blend strategy and creative to generate buzz, excitement and awareness.

About The Role

The ideal candidate is equal parts creative innovation and data-driven strategy, with a keen eye for culture and platform-driven trends. As a platform expert, you’ll drive strategy and editorial planning for each of our priority channels (LI, X, YT) and recommend strategies for emerging channels (TT, IG, FB, others).

 You’ll take a test > iterate > scale approach to measure effectiveness of your strategy at both the campaign and channel-level. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to support a variety of GTM motions and serve as an internal subject matter expert for best practices. This role will also be responsible for building and driving our influencer marketing initiatives, overseeing recruitment, measurement and reporting. This is an exciting and dynamic position for someone looking to shape a social footprint for a beloved developer brand and product.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth and editorial strategy for each of Postman’s organic social channels

  • Manage creative pipeline, publishing, as well as channel and post engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (Content, PMM, paid, campaigns, others) to bring to life key GTM moments by shaping social strategies that drive to business goals

  • Manage creative and influencer agencies to plan and execute campaigns

  • Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings

  • Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of social strategy, social management and content creation, preferably with experience in SaaS

  • A ruthless, data-driven prioritization skillset

  • A problem-solving mentality and enthusiastic “can do” attitude

  • A body of work that shows off creative flair, strategic mindset and proven results

  • A collaborative approach and experience in “building the ship while flying it”

This is a remote role based in the United States & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $155,000, plus a competitive equity package, and a flexible schedule working with a fun, collaborative team.
