The Opportunity
We're looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge, are obsessed with moving/monitoring metrics that go up and to the right, and want to work on one of the most loved developer products in the world.
As our Enterprise Product Marketing Manager for Security, you'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Postman's security features and capabilities, focusing specifically on enterprise buyers and security leaders. You'll partner closely with Security product managers to translate complex security capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with enterprise security decision-makers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between product development and enterprise security requirements while building effective field enablement content & programs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Postman's security capabilities tailored specifically to enterprise security leaders and buyers
- Create comprehensive go-to-market plans for security feature releases, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams
- Build sales enablement content and programs that empower the enterprise sales team to effectively communicate security value propositions
- Partner closely with Security product managers to understand roadmap priorities and provide market feedback
- Design and implement marketing campaigns targeting enterprise security stakeholders, including CISO/CSOs and security architects
- Create thought leadership content addressing enterprise API security challenges and Postman's solutions
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts specific to the API security landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate Postman
- Analyze market trends and gather customer insights to inform security product strategy and positioning
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of security go-to-market initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive improvements
About You
- 6-8 years of product marketing experience, with significant focus on security products or capabilities for enterprise markets
- Proven track record of successfully launching security features or products to enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of enterprise security requirements, challenges, and buying processes
- Experience creating compelling messaging that resonates with security leaders and technical decision-makers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience developing effective sales enablement programs and materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset balanced with practical execution capabilities
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $124,865 to $208,150, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

For all roles based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, and New York, employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.
