The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at Postman is seeking a Head of Analytics, RevOps Analytics to serve as the data backbone for our Sales and Post-Sales teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on building scalable reporting infrastructure, ensuring trusted GTM data, and enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with the central Data team (who own core pipelines and models) and the GTM Strategy team (who own analytics-driven insights and recommendations). Your role will sit at the intersection - ensuring that GTM stakeholders have accurate, timely, and self-service access to the data they need through Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, and Postman’s data warehouse.

What You’ll do

Data Infrastructure & Governance

  • Own the GTM data layer within RevOps, ensuring Salesforce, Looker and downstream reporting environments remain accurate, consistent, and reliable.
  • Define and document GTM data requirements, collaborating with Data Engineering and central analytics to deliver trusted core datasets.
  • Partner with Systems and Ops to ensure GTM tooling (SFDC, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.) is instrumented and integrated properly.

Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker for GTM teams, ensuring usability and scalability.
  • Standardize GTM reporting frameworks across Sales, Marketing, and CS to align with company-wide data definitions.
  • Automate recurring reporting needs to reduce manual effort and ensure consistency.

Enablement & Partnership

  • Act as the GTM reporting SME within RevOps - ensuring leaders and ICs have access to self-service data and clear documentation.
  • Partner with the GTM Strategy team to supply clean, reliable data for deeper analyses and decision-making.
  • Train GTM stakeholders on Looker usage and best practices for data exploration.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with strong exposure to GTM/revenue-focused analytics.

  • Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools, ideally Looker.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and central Data teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-starter comfortable operating as the primary GTM analytics owner

The reasonably estimated OTE for this role is $235,000.00 to $255,000.00 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
