PLI is searching for a professional to fill the role of Project Manager (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). The Project Manager for PLI’s Strategic Planning and Business Analysis department plays a pivotal role in driving complex initiatives from conception to completion. This individual is responsible for managing cross-functional projects that align with organizational strategy, facilitating business analysis, and ensuring that business goals are met through robust planning and seamless execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic projects within the department and across the organization, ensuring alignment with PLI’s long-term vision and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including executives, department heads, data strategists, and business analysts—to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear communications and updates to all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support the development of strategic frameworks, business models, organizational tools, and performance measurement tools.
- Ensure projects comply with PLI’s quality standards, budget constraints, and risk management policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the SP&BA department.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries to inform decision-making at the leadership level.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in strategic planning and business analysis.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects in a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with project management software and business analysis tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com).
- Working knowledge in Salesforce.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate across departments and at all organizational levels.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION
$105,000 - $130,000 per annum
