The Role:

Are you ready to play a key role in delivering innovative products and exceptional customer experiences? As a Presales Engineer at Prezzee, you'll be at the forefront of championing our products, collaborating across Engineering, Sales, Product, and customer teams. With a deep understanding of our technology stacks, you’ll tackle customer pain points, contribute to the product roadmap, and work closely with Engineering to deliver top-tier solutions. Your expertise will be key in ensuring we deliver the magic our customers expect, powering our ongoing success and growth.

 

We are in office Monday to Thursday, WFH Friday

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions that address technical and business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients in the US and UK, leading product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase the value of Prezzee’s solutions.
  • Design tailored technical solutions that align with customer goals and demonstrate long-term value.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Prezzee’s products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers and lead PoCs.
  • Address technical queries from customers and the sales team with clear, persuasive explanations.
  • Help develop ROI models and business cases that highlight the technical and commercial value of Prezzee’s solutions.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation (BOMs, SOWs, proposals) to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to shape future product features and enhance customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Core Skills:

  • Prior experience in presales, sales engineer or a technical consultant role  
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients through technical sales
  • A solid understanding of software products and integration best practices to effectively communicate technical solutions. 
  • Comfortable servicing multiple timezones (North American and UK)
  • Strong ability to assess customer challenges and develop creative, effective solutions that address both their technical and business requirements.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, product managers, and engineers to align on customer requirements and drive successful outcomes. 
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and webhooks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot API issues in real-time using tools like Postman, cURL, and API logs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and general SaaS architecture.
  • Basic coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus

This position can be based in New York City, Mid-Town.  Full time base salary range between $135,000 - 155,000  USD  based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level. The total compensation package for this position includes a competitive STI plan.
