We’re on the lookout for a Senior People Partner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also shaping people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and growth across our US and UK teams.

You’ll work closely with leaders and employees, embedding scalable, people-first practices that support a high-performing, compliant, and values-aligned culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Business Partnering & Coaching

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, supporting organisational design, team development, and workforce planning.
  • Provide coaching and practical tools to build leadership capability and high-performing teams.
  • Guide leaders through change and business growth with confidence and care.

Talent & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across the US and UK—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent and business leaders to ensure workforce plans align with business goals.
  • Support succession planning, career development, and internal mobility.
    Oversee HR platforms (e.g. Justworks, Employment Hero) and maintain accurate, compliant employee records.
  • Coordinate regional payroll and benefits, including bonuses, commissions, 401K and pension plans.
  • Keep employment policies current and compliant with local legislation.
  • Respond to employee and manager queries with clarity and care.

Culture & Engagement

  • Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.
    Partner with leaders to embed cultural values into team rhythms.
    Leverage feedback (e.g. surveys, exit interviews) to drive continuous improvements in the employee experience.

Cross-Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Represent the US and UK in global People forums and contribute to global initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with global People Operations, Talent, and Remuneration teams to ensure aligned execution across markets.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech or scale-up experience a plus).
    Strong, Global HR generalist skills and  experiences. UK experience is an added bonus (you will be supported by a UK HR consultancy for employment law matters)A fresh perspective and a passion for best practice—you're someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, helping us reimagine how we do things across the people function.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with operational execution.

This position can be based in New York, Mid-Town. Base salary ranges between $135,000  to 145,000 USD. Our salary range is based on the industry benchmark for position, location, function and level of individual experience. The total compensation package for this position includes a STI and benefits.
