Global Head of Payment Products

Prezzee is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to own and elevate our global payment product portfolio. As the Global Head of Payment Products, you’ll define and execute a bold product vision that fuels growth, innovation, and operational excellence across international markets. This role requires a collaborative leader who inspires a high-performing team and navigates the complexities of global payment ecosystems with confidence.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead the global payment product strategy, translating business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap
• Conduct continuous market and customer research to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities worldwide
• Drive design, development, and launch of scalable, innovative payment solutions
• Manage product lifecycle to maximise profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Build strong partnerships with global payment networks, processors, and technology providers
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and lead risk and fraud management efforts
• Grow and lead a diverse, high-performing global product team, fostering innovation and accountability
• Own the P&L for payment products, optimising revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Communicate product performance and strategic insights to senior leadership

 

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ product leadership experience in card payments, with proven international exposure
• Deep expertise in payment technologies including card schemes, real-time payments, and mobile wallets
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and managing P&L in complex global environments
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts and strategic partnerships worldwide
• Skilled in delivering large-scale, cross-border product initiatives in fast-moving markets
• Strong people leadership with a track record of building and motivating global teams
