Product Marketing Specialist, Linque

Description

The Linque Marketing team is focused on driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Linque's AI-powered machine vision and industrial inspection solutions. We help manufacturers and industrial organizations improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance through innovative software and vision-based technologies, including the Mobius platform and VisionAI inspection solutions.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to own the go-to-market strategy and demand generation efforts for Linque's product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing and is responsible for translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, scalable marketing programs, and sales enablement assets that drive pipeline growth.

This individual will partner closely with Linque product leadership, sales teams, software and engineering stakeholders, and the broader Proconex marketing organization to develop customer-centric campaigns, launch new products and features, and strengthen Linque's position in the industrial automation and AI inspection market.

Key Job Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Linque solutions, including the Mobius platform and VisionAI technologies.
  • Develop customer personas, buyer journey frameworks, competitive intelligence, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and expansion into new use cases and industries.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused benefits and business value narratives.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Develop and optimize nurture programs that progress prospects through the funnel from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, customer engagement, and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with digital marketing stakeholders to improve website performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Sales Enablement & Content Development

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, datasheets, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, proposal templates, and demo content.
  • Create customer-facing content including case studies, white papers, application notes, blogs, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Enable sales teams through training, messaging alignment, competitive insights, and product launch communications.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity within industrial automation, machine vision, AI, and related markets.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and voice-of-customer research to identify opportunities for product and marketing improvements.
  • Support pricing, packaging, positioning, and market expansion strategies through data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Events

  • Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and customer needs.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences by developing messaging, content, campaigns, and demonstration materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience launching or marketing technical products or solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience using marketing performance metrics and analytics to drive optimization and business outcomes.
  • 2+ years of experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing within industrial automation, manufacturing technology, machine vision, AI, SaaS, or related technical industries.
  • 3+ years of experience owning pipeline generation metrics and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience launching technical products and translating complex technologies into customer-centric messaging.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation development tools.
  • Experience using marketing attribution, reporting, and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content creation, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple competing priorities.
