About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and play a critical role in shaping and executing our content strategy. This individual will drive thought leadership, generate demand, and establish project44 as the go-to resource for supply chain insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and market opportunities.
- Content Creation: Create high-impact, multi-format content, including white papers, blogs, case studies, eBooks, videos, that engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s LinkedIn presence, creating and curating content for the corporate account, and providing strategic guidance to executives on leveraging LinkedIn for thought leadership and brand amplification.
- Thought Leadership: Partner with subject matter experts to develop content that positions project44 as a leader in supply chain visibility and logistics innovation.
- Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create content that fuels campaigns, nurtures leads and moves prospects through the buyer journey.
- SEO and Performance Optimization: Drive organic traffic growth by implementing SEO best practices in content creation and identifying new keyword opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future efforts and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure content supports key initiatives and addresses market needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or supply chain/logistics industries.
- Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how content supports lead nurturing and deal acceleration.
- Experience developing content distribution strategies beyond organic SEO, such as paid social, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing content across multiple formats (blogs, eBooks, case studies, video, social media, podcasts, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and understanding of how content fits into demand generation workflows.
- Experience working closely with product marketing, sales and external industry experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows creating content.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing analytics.
- Experience managing content calendars and delivering multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
