  • Drive the technical evaluation, selection, and procurement of CMP tools together with process engineering and vendors
  • Oversee the entire installation lifecycle, from delivery and utility hookup to acceptance and qualification
  • Create and execute preventive maintenance plans and develop detailed equipment documentation
  • Support yield improvement and process integration through tool optimization and root cause analysis
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness including slurry delivery systems, filtration units, and waste/sludge management
  • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CMP equipment in a semiconductor fab environment
  • Proven track record in tool installation and fab ramp-up or expansion projects

  • Experience with CMP-related infrastructure (e.g., slurry delivery, filtration, and waste handling)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). German is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Aachen office of our partner company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
