We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern (m/f/d) to join one of the companies in the A11 ecosystem and support core financial operations—from reporting and analysis to accounts support and compliance.

As a  Finance and Accounting Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-scaling international startup, work closely with experienced finance professionals, and contribute to real business decisions from day one.

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Support financial analysis tasks by collecting and evaluating data to identify key trends and variances
• Help maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Contribute to accounts payable and receivable operations by processing invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist with tax filings and compliance processes, including documentation collection and form preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations, Tech) on finance-related projects and reporting

Your Profile: 

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with financial tools or reporting systems
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (HGB and/or IFRS is a plus)
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
