Talent Project Executive (m/f/d)

Berlin

About the Job

As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates, and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact.

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Project Executive (m/f/d) to join and support the Talent Acquisition team at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As a Talent Project Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for all employee administration and support workplace operations. You’ll own onboarding, internal processes and documentation, people-related administration, and day-to-day office operations - making sure every employee’s experience feels organized, supported, and well cared for.

Join the A11 Ecosystem – A next-generation supply chain platform, the company is redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. Engineered to unlock the full potential of global trade, it harnesses agentic AI and workflow automation to provide seamless, high-efficiency access to premium materials at scale. Since its commercial rollout, the platform has fueled exponential growth, optimizing procurement for thousands of businesses while setting new benchmarks for speed, transparency, and efficiency. Its competitive edge lies in full digitization and AI-driven supply chain management automation, eliminating inefficiencies and creating a direct, intelligent bridge between suppliers and buyers. With a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.

In this role, you’ll:

Onboarding

  • Own the onboarding process end-to-end, from new hire paperwork and equipment setup to first-week schedules
  • Make sure every new employee feels welcomed and set up for success from day one, and continuously improve the experience based on feedback

Employee Administration

  • Support benefits enrollment coordination, assist with data entry and record-keeping, and handle offboarding logistics
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions about policies and people processes

Internal Processes & Documentation

  • Maintain and improve internal documentation, including the employee handbook and office policies
  • Build and refine checklists and workflows for recurring people/office processes, keeping everything accurate and accessible as the company grows

Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facilities issues
  • Coordinate offsites, team events, and office celebrations, and ensure the office runs smoothly and is a great place to work every day
  • Manage reception, welcome guests, and ensure a pleasant office atmosphere at all times

Your Profile:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Some experience in People Operations and Office Management
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured, proactive, and reliable manner
  • Ability to speak directly with employees, vendors, and leadership, and take the initiative to get involved
  • Even in stressful situations, maintain a calm attitude, think in a solution-oriented way, and approach challenges pragmatically and hands-on
  • Tech savvy, comfortable around Google Workspace Admin and Jira, with a high-level understanding of networks and cybersecurity
  • Enjoy organisation and planning - whether coordinating appointments, organising events, or completing various office-related tasks
  • 100% presence in the Berlin office in Mitte is a must

Please note that this position is based in Berlin.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Fulfil a role with entrepreneurial freedom and take a pre-validated business model to the next level
  • Join an experienced founding team of serial and 2nd-time founders
  • Attractive base and bonus compensation program
  • Collaborate with top-tier investors and angels (incl. various unicorn founders) as well as leading market experts

If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
