Creative Marketing Manager

New York, New York, United States; Remote

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.

We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.

Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

About the Role

As our Creative Marketing Manager, you will own the system that turns ideas into winning consumer ads. You are directly responsible for doubling our creative capacity over the next 3 months.

You’ll run the full creative pipeline: source and manage creators, coordinate production with editors, build assets, making sure everything ships on time, and iterating to find high performing creative. The ads you produce are what help connect clients to care, and the performance of our creative ultimately drives our growth.

Prosper’s work sits inside a much bigger shift. More adults are starting to understand themselves through the lens of autism and neurodivergence, and this is happening online. The content they see plays a real role in that.

We are building the brand that shows up in those moments. The creative we produce shapes how people understand adult autism: what it is, who it’s for, and whether they see themselves in it.

Success in this role means:

  • We consistently ship a high volume of ads every week that perform efficiently and continuously grow Prosper’s client-base
  • We build a strong, reliable bench of creators who produce high-quality, winning content
  • Creative output scales quickly while maintaining performance and brand quality
  • We produce content that resonates with and earns trust from the neurodivergent community

Key Responsibilities

Own the influencer engine. Build and maintain a strong, trusted pipeline of influencers producing great content. Source, outreach, onboard, and manage influencers end-to-end: relationships, negotiations, contracts, and payments. Continuously raise the bar on creator quality and output.

Own the creative production pipeline. Take creative briefs and drive them to finished, winning ads. Coordinate creators and editors, manage timelines, and ensure assets are delivered on time. Personally build simple but resonant static ads. Insatiably push for winners: judge quality, ideate, and iterate.

Own and improve the system. Build and maintain the infrastructure behind the creative machine (creator tracker, production pipeline, asset library). Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve speed and output without letting things slip. Move fast and maintain quality while doing it.

Stay deeply plugged into culture. Be highly attuned to trends, influencers, and what’s working across social. Bring new ideas and inspiration into the team constantly, and turn those ideas into ad performance and growth.

Own organic social execution. Select and post high-performing content. Maintain a consistent presence and help grow brand awareness. This is where your creativity can really shine.

About You

Extreme ownership and follow-through. You don’t just track things, you own outcomes. Driving winning creative that scales the business is your ultimate goal. You proactively solve bottlenecks to ensure creative volume and you stay focused on high-performing ads to drive performance.

Exceptional creative taste. You have a sharp instinct for what makes content good. You can immediately tell what will resonate vs. what won’t, and push work in the right direction. You care deeply about quality and engagement.

Insatiable drive to win through creative. You don’t just like making content; you want ads to perform. You’re excited by breakout performance, dig into what’s working, and push to replicate it. You’re competitive, data-aware, and motivated by driving real growth.

Chronically online (in a good way). You love ads, good content, and internet culture. You’re constantly consuming content and intuitively understand what works and why.

Interpersonally warm and competent. You can manage creators and editors to outcomes. You communicate clearly, follow up persistently, and get work over the line while maintaining strong relationships. You will own our relationship with some of the biggest voices in the adult autism community - your ability to do so with grace matters immensely.

Scrappy and fast-moving. You find a way. You move quickly, prioritize well, and ship consistently regardless of resources or roadblocks. You’re the first to try out a new AI tool, pick up a camera and film something yourself, or walk down the street to the store to buy some DIY arts and crafts supplies - all in the name of ad creative performance.

Mission-driven. You’re excited to help build the defining brand in a category that actually matters — expanding access to adult autism diagnosis and care.

1.5-3 Years Experience in influencer marketing, content creation, ad production, or other social media related role.

Nice to have: Very strong design skills, video editing, or experience creating content yourself.
