業務内容

• ピュア・ストレージの完全にシンプルなオールフラッシュのエンタープライズ・ストレージ・テクノロジーとデータ・ソリューションを広め、ピュア・ストレージのトータル・バリュー・プロポジションについて、日本国内の顧客の理解を十分なものにする
• 業界において最高レベルの顧客満足度を達成し続け、ピュア・ストレージの価値を確立するために顧客との関係を築いて投資
• 目標達成のためのチームをリードし、アカウント計画を策定し、社内の全リソースを活用し、ピュア・ストレージの新規顧客を獲得
• 健全で強固な営業活動のパイプラインを推進・管理し、四半期および年間ノルマの達成または超過を保証

この役割に求められること

• 日本国内の通信接続業者の顧客へのエンゲージメントに対する心からの意欲があり、その顧客のビジネス上の課題を理解していること。また、アカウント・セールスとして NTT グループを担当した経験が 3 年以上あること
• ソート・リーダーシップ、創造性、および挑戦者のマインドセットがあること。顧客インサイトとテクノロジー・ソリューションの専門知識を活用し、ピュアのポートフォリオを活用して持続的な課題を解決する能力
• 確かなプロスペクティングスキルを持つ熱心なハンターであり、常に新規顧客の扉を開き、ピュア・ストレージのソリューションの利点を情熱的に訴求しながら、役員室とデータセンターの間をシームレスに行き来することができる
• 書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションを含む優れた対人スキルを有し、関係を容易に構築し、長期的に深めることができる
• 最大限の収益と効率を達成するために、評価、計画、アカウントプランニングを行い、テリトリーを積極的に管理する能力
• 社内およびパートナーとのチームワークとオーナーシップの共有を促進しながら、複数のステークホルダーとの複雑な営業プロセスをリードする専門知識。
• ノルマを達成し、参照可能なビジネスを推進した一貫した実績
• 販売後のカスタマーサクセスに熱心な方
• 最低5年以上のアウトサイドセールス経験（新規ロゴの獲得またはビジネス開発に重点を置いていること
• 日本語と英語の両方のコミュニケーション・スキル
