We are looking for a Commercial Field Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of a Field Marketing Plan in the Commercial segment, to drive pipeline and bookings growth for the region. This position will focus on driving high impact campaigns and programs, continually testing and evaluating success and making necessary adjustments to the plan. The goal is to generate high quality pipelines, stimulate acceleration of the sales cycle and build/strengthen customer relationships and preference for the Pure Storage (Pure) brand, both directly and through partners.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional leadership, Pure Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between the marketing plan and Pure Storage's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan in collaboration with Pure sales, Partner teams, and Regional Partner Account Managers, focusing on supporting sales pipeline and bookings goals, while driving new logo acquisition through regional resellers.
- Be the primary marketing resource for the Commercial Regional Sales and Partner teams.
- Collaborate and develop relationships with all route-to-market channels, including resellers and alliance partners, to achieve scale and enhance market reach/impact.
- Plan the effective use of Pure's marketing development funds (MDF) with Partner Account Managers and Focus Partners, focusing on new business growth.Implement and leverage global campaigns in collaboration with field and corporate marketing teams, and drive adoption of key marketing programs in the region.
- Assist partners in utilizing the MDF portal effectively, ensuring proper usage, guiding them through pre-approval and claim processes, and collaborating with finance to facilitate timely payments.
- Foster cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders, including Field Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, PartnerChannel and Agencies.
- Continuously track program performance, adjust plans using data and report results to senior stakeholders.
- Use market research and business intelligence to inform program strategy and planning.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the local region.
- Demonstrate operational excellence in managing marketing programs, procurement processes and budget (regional marketing and MDF)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Bachelor’s degree in the marketing field with 5+ years experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
- Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Experience working with and marketing with partners and alliances
- Experience organizing local and regional events.
- Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Embraces change and possesses a growth mindset.
- Customer-first and results-oriented.
- Data-driven. Experience in using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management, peers, and external agencies, while paying close attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
- Excellence in budget and project management.
- Track record of scaling small budgets that drive quantifiable results.
- The candidate must be willing and able to travel within the US.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
