業務内容

• 日本の公共部門の顧客ビジネスと、意思決定を促す要因について深く理解する。
• 当社製品及びソリューションの優位性を熱意をもってお伝えする。
• 技術面での戦略・戦術の練り直し、テクニカル面で営業活動のの指揮を執る。
• ストレージ製品、ストレージアーキテクチャ、ファイルシステム、DAS、NAS、SAN製品において、競合ストレージに関する情報に熟知し、技術面で当社製品の差別化を図る。
• 評価、ベンチマーク、システム構成、システム導入においてリーダーシップを発揮する。
• 顧客への提案において、技術面でのプレゼンテーションを行い、見込み顧客の獲得に寄与する。
• 顧客の要件を把握し、顧客のビジネスニーズにより革新的なソリューションを提案し、顧客の成長を加速させる。
• RFIおよびRFPへの回答作成。
• 相互運用性、機能、性能テスト/検証のための新しい機会を模索し、促進する。
• ロードマップ作成及び企画交流を推進する。
• プロダクト担当およびテクニカルマーケティング担当と連携し、全体の計画や目標、目的を示す資料（例：ホワイトペーパー、ウェブプレゼンテーションなど）を作成する。
• 競合他社の動向を把握し、差別化されたソリューションや当社のポジショニングを示す資料を作成する。
• マーケットのトレンドと競合状況に応じて組織内でリーダーシップを発揮する。

この役割に求められること

• プリセールスの経験必須
• ストレージ、ネットワーク、システムソリューションの販売支援経験5年以上
• サーバーおよびWebベースのコンピューティングにおけるアーキテクチャ、設計、実装に関する深い理解
• 新規見込み客をターゲットにし、成約につなげた経験
• RFP、RFQ、RFIの作成及び回答の経験
• ストレージアーキテクチャ（FC、iSCSI、NAS、OSD、SANなど）に関する知識
• UNIX OS、NFSファイルシステム、UNIX分散ネットワーク環境の知識
• 分散コンピューティング、マルチプロセッシング、仮想メモリサブシステム、ストレージサブシステムアーキテクチャ、共有メモリアーキテクチャ、キャッシュアーキテクチャ、ウィンドウシステムのインストール/構成に関する知識
• クラウド・ネイティブ・アーキテクチャへのデジタル・トランスフォーメーション、オンプレミス、パブリック・クラウド、プロビジョニングの自動化、およびコンテナについての深い知識
• VMWare、Local Area Networking、Ethernet、TCP/IP及び一般的なネットワークに関する知識
• 優れた対人関係構築能力
• コンピュータ・サイエンスまたは電気工学分野の学位、もしくは相当する業務経験
• LAMPスタック、スケールアウト VS スケールアップ アーキテクチャ、NoSQLの代替など、最新のWebアーキテクチャに精通していると尚良し
• アプリケーション知識があると尚良し
