We are looking for an Agile Technical Program Manager to join our IT Infrastructure Services team. Your leadership will drive project success, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of Technology Service project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.
- Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Agile Practices: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Agile Facilitation: Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
Agile Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Preferred: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Other Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components and stack layers.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
- Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
- Preferred: Expertise with collaboration tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $149,000.00 - $224,000.00
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
